In my work, I capture differently because I am different. My world is colored through the lens of my disabilities. I am a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) survivor. It's in this strange space between my awkward approach to process; and my being plain old "different" from others where I find my creativity.
I was born a singer-songwriter, grew up to become a filmmaker; and marry all that passion into fine art photography. I'm super detailed, purpose driven and a huge collaborator. I’ve been accused of being overly obsessed with the human condition and the need to uphold animals rights. Because of this, my art is not simple.
Delving into the midst of melancholy and at times absurdity; I discover beauty. This is where I hope to breakdown boundaries and make an impact with art. My goal is to leave an impression of moments lived, lives touched in a way that's; well, different.
